This Cookie Policy explains how Maya Estate (operated by MAYA ESTATE SA) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (maya.estate) and its sub-pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files, usually made up of letters and numbers, that are stored in your browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) when you visit a website. They help websites operate more efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site operator. Cookies do not damage your device or the files stored on it.

Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies") and some are set by third parties, such as our analytics and advertising providers ("third-party cookies"). Cookies may last only for your visit ("session cookies", deleted when you close your browser) or for a set period ("persistent cookies").

The Types of Cookies We Use

• Essential cookies — necessary for the website to function, for example to recognise you during a session so you don't have to re-enter your details. These cannot be switched off.
• Preference cookies — remember your choices and settings to improve your experience while you browse.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can measure performance and continually improve the features and experience we offer. We use Google Analytics for this.
• Advertising cookies — used to show you advertising that is more relevant to your interests and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. We and third-party partners, including Google, use these cookies.

Your Consent and Choices

We only set non-essential cookies (preference, analytics and advertising cookies) where you have given your consent. Please note that disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

Advertising and Google

We use Google advertising products to display and measure advertising. Specifically:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, may display Maya Estate ads on other websites.
• Google may use cookies to serve, optimise and measure ads based on your previous visits to our website, including for remarketing.
• We may use Google Analytics advertising features, such as remarketing, Google Display Network impression reporting, and demographic and interest reporting.
• We and third-party vendors, including Google, may use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) together with third-party cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads, and to produce reports on our ad impressions and campaign performance.

You can control the ads Google shows you and opt out of interest-based advertising through Google's ad settings at https://myadcenter.google.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
